I had asked a similiar question before, and no they aren't related (as far as anyone knows)
'Redd Foxx' and 'Jamie Foxx' are both stage names; Jamie chose the name 'Foxx' as sort of a tribute to the man he both admired & was inspired by.
I have no idea who Gerald Levert is.

Foxx is just a stage name. Redd Foxx real name is John Sanford.
Jamie Foxx real name is Eric Morlon Bishop, Jr.
