Right click on the Windows Standard Bar and a drop down window will show up, click on Address Bar, or Click View on the Standard bar and when the list drops down, select Toolbars, then Address bar.

You should specify what browser you're using. I can only guess otherwise. Right click in the toolbar area and select address bar.

At the very top of your browser click on View>toolbars>make sure menu bar is checked.

Right click on empty area in the upper bar,, then check (Adress Bar)

press de right botton on the top (where the bar is supposed to be) and tick the adress bar.
