I've seen them called: footed pajamas, blanket sleepers, Dr. Dentons, onesies, footie pajamas, union suits, and bunny pajamas.
Look up footed pajamas online. There are literally dozens of companies. Popular ones include jumpin jammers, the big feet pajamas company, snug as a bug, and stuff you find on ebay.
Interestingly, Nordstrom's used to make some for women about 5 years ago, which were exactly like the kind little kids wear (including toe caps). Unfortunately, they don't make them any more. Good luck.

COVERALLS> from target. as a matter of fact, i just bought a cute one that is blue with spaceships and stars on them for $19.99. my fiance adores it on me. my whole body is covered inclusing my feet and it zips up the front. you gotta go to target cause you will not find it on the website. but you must go to the boys department and get like a large size.

Those sound like overall longjohns.
I think some catalogues from Vermont carry those, or novelty websites. Run a Google search and it should pop up with several choices.

Those are called union suits. I havn't seen any with feet. They are easy to find in a search by typing in union suits. Good luck on finding some with feet.
