More than two actually. Sitting in the box with the Lincolns were Major Henry Rathbone and Miss Clara Harris, his fiancee. She was the daughter of Senator Ira Harris. They ended unhappily. They did marry, and some years later Henry killed Clara and was then committed to an asylum. Of course, Mrs. Lincoln was too, by her son Robert.
Also in the Presidential party were Forbes, the President's footman, who sat at the rear of the box with the Lincoln party until the End of the First Act of Our American Cousin, then left for the saloon next door, Taltavul's, where he shared drinks with, among others, John Wilkes Booth.
Invited by Lincoln, but not in attendance, were Gen. and Mrs. U.S.Grant, Sec'y ow War Stanton, and Stanton's aide, Major Charles Eckert, who could "break a poker over his arm" according to Lincoln ans was his first choice as a guard that night. Instead, the job was given to Washington policeman John F. Parker, who left his post and was also in Taltavul's.

I know his wife was one. I think the other was his eldest son.
