The suggestion on the right of Free Speech is good
So is the right of Freedom of Religion
How about George Washington and the winter at Valley Forge
How about the suffregette movement or the modern feminist movement
Or there is the tearing down of the Berlin Wall
I have more, but have to go. Good luck

Pick your favorite sports player and give a speech talking about how great they are. Much of the body of the speech could be found in a bio about the player. Use their life story and throw in a lot of stats. Say the speech would be given at an award ceremony or when they retired his Jersey or something. Close with "In conclusion, Joe so and so has contributed not only to the game of blahbedy blah but to society as a whole."

Try writing something on Dr. Bernard Rimland, who passed away this week. he was the man who headed the Autism research Insitute in oregon. he also destroyed the "refrigerator mother" theories that ran rampant during the 40's till 90's. Wonderful man, will truly be missed.
