the truth it just depends on whether anyone reports you or not for some reason their are people out there who report people because they don't personally like the question I asked would you let George Bush into your house if he showed up uninvited and was removed for personal communication. I'd say 90% of the questions on here are personal just asking questions but who cares it's for fun and a little knowledge. The only questions or remarks that should be reported and removed are the degrading sexual ones or the racist ones yet I've noticed these stay up this 1 person asked so many nasty question i reported all of them as did other users or they said they did the questions stayed there for days I even e-mailed yahoo and asked them why they allowed that person to keep those questions open I guess eventually they took action but then that person probably just created a new account. Like this question you asked if some one doesn't like it and reports it it will probably be removed right off I don't think they check the validity of the report as it would be to hard so lets just close our eyes and wish for the trolls to go back to living under the bridge waiting on the billy goats and leave us alone

I got reported for "not a question/not an answer," because I told an asker that I didn't understand his question. I've given that answer many times, but have only been reported once.
It's the same with chatting. I don't think that Yahoo really has a specific definition for what they mean by chatting. It mostly depends on whether or not someone reports you.

I think chatting is a back & forth kind of thing. Personal Comm means your sending someone a message in what you post. Are you getting too many fu**ing violations too?

Not sure, but who knows what logic the admins follow.......I asked a question about whether or not anybody had ever pooped their pants in public, and got a chatting & personal comm. violation...........doh!
