Which country in Europe is the dirtiest?

What is your criteria for "dirt"? Garbage on the street or damaging the ecological damages.
I would vote for the latest. In this aspect the former Eastern block countries lead the pack far before other countries. probably Romania and some former Soviet Union countries (Russia, Ukraine and Belarus) are leading. For decades they damaged the ecosystem, cities are deserted, millions of people are sick due to air pollution, dangerous water and so on.
Dirt on the streets (like in Paris) are nothing comparing to these filth.

I had listened that France has the dirtiest people.... because they dont take a bath very often... Thats why they have the best perfumes!... but actually I am not pretty sure about

My guess would be Amsterdam....all the drugs really make people forget basic things....like showering.
