I would look up the number for your local RE/MAX. Tell the receptionist you are a "floor call." They can send you to an agent who will answer your questions. The agent will probably want your phone number and info. But they will have a great idea for your specific area.

Depends on location and how nice of a house you want. Low end $65 per sq ft... there is no limit on the high end. At $65 per sq ft, you are talking about $97,500 for the sticks and bricks, but you need property to build it on.

I guess it would depend of the location. It wouldn't be the same cost if you build the house in California than in Texas..

You could build it for between $60k and $120k depending on
where ( city & state ) and how fancy you wanted it to be...
Of course you could spend $500k on it if you wanted to but
that is not a normal house..

Bad question. Location, style of home, interior finishes, etc... all are far too variable to get you even close to a ballpark figure.

Around here they are going for around 160-185,000 depending on ammeniyies.
