replace the flasher 'can'. there are 2 separate flashers on the vehicle, one for the hazards, the other for the turn signals.

Replace the flasher for the turn signals and make sure all of the bulbs are good. A bulb can look like it is good and still be bad so make sure both elements in the bulbs will light.
If the door hinges have bolts holding them on you just remove the bolts. If they have rivets, then you have to cut the rivets off.
The horn should be between the a/c condenser coil and the grill.

Pretty much all the information you need is published in the repair or shop manual for the car. You can purchase the manual at the local parts store or Amazon or BN.com or On-Line. If money is an issue, go to the library and in the REFERENCE section, locate the manual you need there.
You need to locate the flasher for the turn signals. The car has two of them, one for the hazard flashers, and one for the turn signals.
The manual will explain how to replace the bushing(s) for the door hinges. The bushings are available from Ford and SOME parts stores.
As for the location of the horn the manual will also provide that information.

First, you might replace the flasher but if that doesn't work for your turn signals, you may have to replace the whole turn signal unit. Take a floor jack and balance door on it for easy removal & reassemly. I did this to an 83 Mustang and it made the job easy.
The horn is located on the fender well under the hood.
