I got one: THE ELIMINATOR! you dont talk much, but with speed and agility and you can beat anyone, a bit like rey mysterio but you can be a bit rude and have attitude. you can be clean and a high flyer, and do deadly stunts, your very quick and not scared to face even the biggest opponents ever, but remember, be rude, and hve a cool attitude, ppl like these kind of personalities. and ur signature/finishing move can be called "ELIMINATION" and when u pin someone, instead of saying u beat someone, the commentators will say "YOU ELIMINATED" someone.

Lighting
since you dont have size and strength, why dont you have speed and agility, and call yourself Lighting, you could have a entrance where the arena goes dark and bang a flash of lighting from nowhere and you jump up from the ramp like ray myterio, you have a pure white costume and a mask, and your style of wrestling is high flying, you strike from the top turnbuckle's from any angle, and your finish move can be called The Flash and it can be sumkind of super 360 from the top rope,
And if you need a tag partner how about Thunder a hugh wrestler who just thud's his opponents

Back in the 80's there were 2 wrestlers I really liked because of there gimmicks. Jake "the snake" Roberts, he use to bring out his python. Brutus "the barber" Beefcake, he use to cut his opponents hair after the match. So maybe bring out an animal with you or do something that will embarass your opponent but not hurt them.

Being able to talk to the moronic audience without those embarrassing pauses would be a help.
It's almost as if the thought processes are rather laboured and slow..."doh - what was I supposed to say next..er..."
Not having that convenient fold-up chair waiting by the ring would also make you unique.

the evil gnome..............coz of your size you could be a "baddy" and use your evil powers to overcome your enemies......your evil powers being magic dust which you would blow into peoples faces causing them to be blinded then whack them on the head with a chair,ring bell,magic hammer,knucle dusters etc. have fun wrestling and be careful not to fight the big show you could jump up and head butt him in the 'nads
