I will be 19 weeks pregnant on thursday and i have gained 4 lbs after first losing 10 because of morning sickness. Should I have gained more by now . I know everyone is different, but what would you say is the average amount to gain by this time?

There's no good answer to this. I'm 21 weeks and actually 2 pounds lighter than I was before the baby. As long as the baby is growing ok, you are fine! My mother was seriously skinny, ate nothing but BLTs and french silk pies (all that appealed to her) and only gained 10 pounds total.

The average weight gain is 20-25lbs but with my first I lost alot of weight from morning sickness to and only gained a total of 7lbs my whole preg. and had a completely healthy 4lb 15oz little girl.We got to leave the hospital the next day.

no because you've gained some of that back, I lost alot of weight due to stress in the beginning of my pregnancy and didn't start to gain until I was closer to 6 months. (they said if I didn't start to gain until after a certain amount of time they'd worry)

It depends how tall you are and your build. I am 5 ft exactly and gained 33 with my first and 27 with my second. My mom gained 60 with my older sister and 10 with me she is 5 ft 4in.
