Im slim size 8 (uk) quite tall, brown hair, blue eyes and look young 4 my age

Depends what you were doing. Sometimes management have to go on safety tours which involves studying the actions of workers.
If you don't work in that kind of environment though, maybe he was checking you out. Can't be the first time its happened to you.

stop bending over or wearing low cut tops.you should keep your eye on him,see if he stares at male employees the same way.if he does,then you're probably just being paranoid.or your boss is bi.

sounds like he may find you attractive. look out, sexual harrassment claim! i had a boss who stared at me but it was nothing to do with that kind of thing. she was mental and used to walk past my desk giving me dirty looks. nut job! didn't stay long.

it would be normal if you were stsrting to work but if he stares at you even if youve been there then you have ssomething he likes
