I don't think Billy has changed a bit, whether it's with Hillary's consent or not, he probably is do the same as always. It's no concern of mine though.

You assume things about stuff you know nothing about. How do you know it was cheating? How do you know they arent in an open relationship. How do you know that hillary does not like to watch. Im not saying she does, just saying its not our life, so we dont know.

OK. I think the likelihood is cheating more, since he is not as much in the public eye as before, plus you throw in all the travel on speaking and fundraising tours and the fact that they don't apparently live together (sure, they store their stuff and own things together, I mean share a domicile) anymore.

Bill cheats every chance he gets. He can't help it - he's sick in the head. We should feel sorry for such a sick man. He should be institutionalized in a place with only men. I suggest that prison would be a good choice. Maybe San Quentin in California. He would make LOTS of new friends!!!

I don't think its cheating if one has the approval of the other, and I would guess that they each gave the other approval (I'm thinking hers may have been with another woman...) as long as they didn't get caught...
