i need to evaluate the role of legislations policies and practices and demonstrate the purpose of them being there. any websites would realy help me

To give all the managers and admin staff something to do. Couldn't possibly spend all that money on teachers/resources.

Most policies are there to ensure the safety of the children and staff; health and safety policy.Fire drill practise etc.
Then there are the Inclusion and equal opportunity policy to ensure everyone is involved in every activity despite disabilities and cultural backgrounds.
Then we need grievance and complaints procedures
I could go on but the main reason is so that all schools are working from the same book. Everyone knows how they are expected to behave
So the kids get the education they need

A legislation in school is good to figure out what kind of theme the dance is going to be.
