I'm doing a project looking at how people's high school experiances were different, I was not a cheerleader (my school barly had them) and I was hoping to find out about that group. I'd love it if you could tell me about how cheerleading effected your experiance!

I just graduated high school last year and am now in college. I did cheerleading every year in high school and it greatly affected my high school experience. I made new friends, it kept me busy, and was great to put on resumes. It was extremely hard working and very demanding on my time and energy, but it was so fun and completely worth it. Now when I look back on my high school years, I remember so many memories from cheerleading, not memories of sitting on the couch eating potato chips after school. It gave me a purpose and I strived to do my best and to improve. During my senior year, I had a falling out with my group of friends and I had no one to turn to, but I had cheerleading and just got closer to my cheerleading friends. I don't know what I would have done without them.

I really enjoyed cheering. I did it during my senior year, and I liked being part of a team. I went to a small school, so there were a dozen of us, at best. It was a great way to get exercise, and I made some good friends in the process. I think what bothers me the most is that people don't see it for the sport it really is. And guys....don't be afraid to want to cheer... I see male cheerleaders that are in better shape than most football players. Cheering is not only physically demanding, but you try standing in front of a couple thousand people in a short skirt with a smile plastered on your face whilst dancing to "It's raining men"...(our coach was in her own dimension). I am truly happy that I tried cheering...it was great fun.
My daughter enjoys it ,too. My advice to moms who want their daughters to cheer...make sure it's what THEY want, not you....otherwise they'll end up hating it.

I played trombone in the band and we stood right behind the cheerleaders when they did their little halftime routine - in those tight, tight outfits. Band uniforms are made baggy for a reason!

Otherwise, no association. Most of them were goofballs who got married to some meathead and stayed in the old home town. Sad, really...

ok thats f*cked up. there is heavily something incorrect. sounds like women on your college are sluts. In social gathering a million, she ought to've saved her bra on at the same time as replacing like why ought to you regulate undies for wellness club lol? though she ought to've been stripped. social gathering 2 is comprehensible. except the actuality that she did not attempt to conceal up. That factors screwed up. social gathering 3 is basically incorrect. Like no. it really is against the law, public nudity. What occurs to those women? they ought to get in severe worry. i ought to stay faraway from women like that. you should get stuck up interior the action. Btw the worst element that occurred at my college like that replaced into at the same time as this baby (he's a perv and anybody continually knew it) He replaced into giving some woman a rub down, and he unhooked her bra strap and he were given weekend detention. the female also dropped out of faculty for something else of that 12 months yet again the subsequent 12 months.
