All Better Business Bureaus will tell you there isn't one good honest one on the internet. I've been doing this for 8 years and have not found one that isn't a scam.

You might want to look into medical transcription. Basically you type the gibberish doctors have dictated about their patients. I think you would need to take a short course to familiarize yourself with medical terms, but the pay is pretty good.
