yes you should be nice he is the one that lest you keep your job. NEVER EVER be rude or mean other wise he will not give a good recommendation. and that is his own deal if he wants to smoke or not, you are an employee not his conscience. jsut keep yuor head up and do your job to the best of your ability. good luck
