does the banker have a position at the bank where he makes lots of money?

I would rather marry the not very handsome doctor because being with a knock out causes problems. Besides if I had a chance to marry a doctor I would jump on it. Bankers get boring.

Ladies, before you answer-- as a banker who often deals with doctors, I can tell you from experience that many, not all, doctors are simply living above their means. They can get so badly in debt because they think they have to live a certain lifestyle. Bankers have the advantage of understanding money, credit, investments, etc. and can make that work for them well.
Just a thought.

They both sound pretty boring, and neither of those things would actually help me be interested in them. As long as they make enough money to support themselves (not live off me) I don't care about their money. Handsome is nice, but personality is above everything to me. That includes intelligence, humor, interests and a point of view, strength of character, sensitivity, etc.

depends on alot of things, character, humility, sense of humor, financial stability, how do they act while under pressure, can they problem solve, are they reliable? integrety, self assurance, generousity. a good looking man know's he is good looking, and may cheat in the future, just going by past experiences. it's basically how one feels about someone, it's not so much about money. also one must look into the past of anyone they might be planning to marry, past action can give us a view of what might be in store for us in the future.

Neither... I would want to marry someone I love & respect regardless of their career choice, because it's more about what's on the inside that counts the most.

I'd go with the doctor due to the money and you NEVER wanna marry someone TOO hot, you'll always have competition! But also, who's the nicer one, that matters also

Don't be fooled by the looks....as they fade away. Rather choose the one that you can trust, the one that gives you good conversation, the one that can love you for you and the one that will be a good provider(not only financially---it's a spiritual and mental way of being a provider).

It depends one which guy I was in love with.
My husband is cute and in between jobs right now, but I still love him. In any case, money and looks are not the most important aspect of what I look for.

I would rather marry the person I fall in love with that loves me. Occupation has nothing to do with it, or what he looks like. You marry a person.
