I am unclear of your question. If I understand correctly you are looking for houses to buy as a "handy man special" fix up and resale? If so, I have a house in mind, but it is located in New Mexico (not sure what your geographical location is). If this is not your question- I am unsure how to answer.

Go find a Real Estate Agent. They will help you find the first and hope to sell it for you. Then the second etc. Establish a relationship and GO FOR IT
