its 2 stroke, behind riders seat is another smaller passenger seat

Yeah - some pud in China....

There are no copyright laws in China, so they are taking some other manufacturer's product, blue printing it and then making copies. They have no shame... The little (original) pocketbikes that came out three years ago - they are direct copies of the Blata 2.5 made by Polini. The Chinese manufacturer was so blatant in copying the bike, he even photocopied the origainl Blata owners manual and threw it into the box. I almost fell over when I saw it. The Chinese are shameless when it comes to stealing someone else's ideas and making the same product with substandard parts and selling it cheap.
