On saturday my boyfriend fingered me and now down there is itchy and inflammed. Any ideas why?

Maybe you just have an irritation to the friction? Did he wash his hands before? I know that sounds odd but he could of had something on his hands that didn't agree with your skin. Maybe you weren't aroused enough before and it's chaffed the skin a bit.
Use a bit of Suda Cream or even Canisten if you are very worried. It's unlikely a S.T.I but if you are worried and the itching persists then see a doctor.

He may have been rough and he may have had dirty hands. See your doc if you are itchy and inflammed to find out what is going on.

His hands must of had some type of bacteria on it. My girlfriend always makes me clean my hands before..... Becuase in a worse case scenario it can lead to either a yeast infection or urinary tract infection

Sounds like thrush or its just got swollen if he was a bit rough. Make sure you keep it clean have hot baths and try canestan cream that should help.
It will not be anything to worry about.

i dont think it has anything to do with that unless his hands were dirty then you could have a bacterial infection.or maybe he was alittle to rough. or you could just have a common yeast ifection that has nothing to do with your bf doing that. but i would tell your mom you think you have a yeast infection that you are very itchy and she will probly take you to the dr. and you wont have to tell her any thing about your bf .

you could possibly have a yeast infection now....like maybe his hands werent the cleanest. Girls get yeast infections very easily from sex, and other things...like getting fingered. You can get over the counter medicine for that...like at walmart. they work well!

Dirty finger or too rough. Always make him wash his hands. It's YOUR body, you need to look out for yourself. Maybe get some vagasil cream for the itch.

it can be for two reasons, if you had not sex or did not masturbate, and he fingered you for long time, it might be just coz he did it for so long, and skin got "tired" just like you have pain in musles after hard training
second is that you caught something so if it wont come out after 2-3 days, contact your GP, you dont even have to tell him/her how this happend, but it might help, its normal, if Gp will react not friendly change GP

Perhaps he was a bit rough and caught you with his nail causing it to go red and sore? it should clear up in a couple of days. Just wash with warm water to soothe it.

You might have gotten a infection due to germy hands
