How to graph information from an article on a supply and demand graph?

Can someone please help me? I have to use the site below as my story and I have to graph the information on a supply and demand graph. problem is, i dont know what i'm doing. can someone help me please....the information in the story confuses me...

Thank you for your responce. I know how to make the graph alone, what I'm having a hard time with is finding all the numbers from the passage and how to arrange them properly!? Can you help??
