There was a cartoon that was on when I was younger and it wasn't the smurfs. It was those things that were kind of like smurfs but they had snorkle looking things that came out of their heads and they were all different colors...does anyone know what that cartoon was called?

Come along with the SNORKS, Swim along with the SNORKS ... lalalalalala and so on.... lol and the dogs name was acki i can't spell it but thats what it sounds like ... you can catch it on boomerang ... its like the cartoon network but older cartoons!
