Do a colon cleanse and make sure you eat at least one serving of raw vegetables a day. If your a big meat eater cut back. Sometimes meat can sit in your system and basically rot there causing extra smelly odors. Also get more good bacteria into your colon through yogurt or pills you can find at the health food store.

You have to replace the bad bacteria in you intestine with good bacteria. You can take a probiotic supplement to do that or eat yogurt with live culture. I take a supplement that has 15 different probiotic strains at a concentration of 35 billion CFU, its the best I can find. I learned about it at http://www.bartenblends.com

If your farts are really stinky then it means you are eating things that your body is struggling to digest, so you might want to simplify your diet. If you eat fresh vegetables and stay away from junk food, it will keep your system pure and the stink will be gone.
