Why? You should seek some counseling before you decide on something that would impact your entire life. Please do not jump into something without seeing the whole picture first.

Yup, come clean show him the respect he thought u had for him. U disappointed him by showing him u didn't trust him enough to still love and support u no matter what. U robbed him of deciding for himself what his stance was on ur gender choice. Has he changed in his affection for u all these yrs.? Then there is ur proof.

It takes guts to be yourself in this life. Which is why you denied it in the first place. If your dad truly loves you he will support you in what you need to be yourself.

I am sure your dad knows if he once asked you before. There is no reason to hide anything! I think you should tell him because it sounds like he is waiting!!!
