sorry to ask but i am shy to ask. had these 3 or four days and i need someone to tell me what cream to clear this up, that clears this up,its itchy and i am concerned,can someone tell me a cream that would clear it up, as i said its 3 white lumps on my forskin that have little dots in the centre, i have applied anti biotic cream on them but to no avail, any ideas?,sorry to be so graphic but i am so worried and so shy to show my problem to anyone..
a Doctors advice would be great . i sat on a toilet before and my penis touched the pan so its probaly a infection but can someone help please

Have you had sex Recently? If so you might have contracted a yeast infection... So if its a yeast infection you might want to pick up some of the yeast infection cream at any drug store that the women use (Yes you can use that stuff) and Apply it to the skin and avoid sex till the problem has gone away.

You need to see a doctor, it may be anything from a yeast infection, sexually transmitted disease, or an irritation.
It's silly, to be afraid of going to the doctor, they see worst things than that, trust me.

Could be like all the responce but try washing the foreskin with anti-bacterial soap like Dial
