Beautifully Stated

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to
ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably
more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so
remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best
friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry
because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you
love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never
been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of
happiness you'll never get back.

Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never
begin.

The answers to your sad poll from me are as follows:
I cry most of the time. To paraphrase that old kid's song " it's all right to cry, crying gets the sad out of you". I scream in the car sometimes but that can hurt!

I nearly always hide my feelings. It seems to be easier with most people. Let's face it, a lot of people don't really want to know how you feel. Once in awhile I relaly let someone have it, though and they don't know what hit them!

I think of bad things when I am down and trying to get to sleep and try to remember that I have to take things one day at a time ans usually even if things seem bleak by morning I am thinking more positively.

Hope you feel better! I hate to be sad but sometiomes you just can't help it. Look how good you will feel when you get rid of the "grumpy gills"!

cry or scream ? Cry
why? Because I'm rubbish

Hide or let show ? Let it show
why? I got nice curves

Think of bad things or think of posetive things? Bad things
why? Not too many positives around here

Ride the roller coaster of life's Ups & Downs...Weeee....SCARY!

Would Spring be so wonderful if we didn't have Winter?

It's always darkest before the dawn - Set your alarm clock one day and then look for the rising Sun, notice the light enter the darkness around you.

My trick is to not let my feet touch the ground each morning from bed without remembering to give thanks to God for allowing me to wake today. Remember, not everyone woke up this morning. Focus on all of your blessings. Especially if you woke up in America this morning. Here's a hug... to cheer you up!

Sometimes a good cry can be cleansing - then pick yourself up by your boot straps and make a plan for a new beginning.

When I'm sad, I cry, I don't try to hide it and I think of sad things. I don't get down very often so when I do, I make sure I get really low, and get out anything that's been bothering me. Sometimes it's good to just get it out. Then I feel a lot better afterwards. I hope you feel better :)

When I'm sad I try to think of all the positive things in my life. Boyfriend, girlfriend, friends of any kind. Relatives, funny things that have happened to you on trips. Pretty much anything to take my mind off of whatever was bothering me. Personally, I think of when the Broncos won back to back Superbowls... works every time. Good Luck.

Cry. Can't help it. Usually try to hide it, so husband isn't made sad also. Try not to think. Hug a cat.

Sorry you're feeling bad. Could you use a cat? They're very loving and huggable.

Cry.
Because it isn't as loud as screaming.
Hide.
If I'm going to be that emotional, I'd rather do it in private.
Both.
But when I'm sad I try to think of happy things to bring me out of the sad moments.

I'm sorry you're sad but remember that you weren't always sad & it shouldn't be too long before you are happy again.

I think as women, we are emotional beings. Every once in a while, I sometimes just have a good cry (it's like a cleansing).

I usually do this in private though.

I hope you feel better soon :)

Cry and let show, but try to look at positive things which is not at all easy.
Don't be sad, be optimistic, cry, let it all out then smile
