Why are Indians sooooo dark and why do they want to become white, what is the attraction of being white plz?

IT IS BECAUSE GEOGRAPHIC OF THE AREA.THEY CAN BECOME WHITE IF THE THE MARRY EUROPEAN AND CROSS BREEDS WILL BE MORE BEAUTIFUL THEN WHITE.

Probably you have not seen all about Indians.
They come as from dark; wheatish to fair depends upon the location/region where they come from. In some Indian territories like Andaman and Nicobar islands in Bay of Bengal you can still find a race which is similar to African.

I dont think so anybody would like to become white!!! That’s a ghostly colour infact colourless! Just like a pale house gecko / lizard.

Everybody has a fascination for something you don't have so in some cases they try to achieve what’s lacking in them. But sure nobody I mean nobody would like to be WHITE!!!

It is the way society was taught. That white is right and other colors are wrong. Which is not true, white people are different like other races are different. Some white people have chicken lips or smell like wet dog. Where are you that Indians want to be white. They need to wake up and see how much beautiful their complexions and features are.

i guess you have only met like one indian? I am half black and half indian, my family is not all SOOOOO dark, i've got lights skinned indians, dark, and medium colored indians in my family. They dont want to be white and just like white people are really pale or tan its the same thing?

Ive never met an indian that wanted to be white. I guess they are sooooo dark because God made them that way.

a mixed responce to your question. Many people here say that that Indians do not want to become white. I suspect that its the TV advertisments that advertise fair skin cream that want to sell there overpriced produce and perpetuate this myth

indians are so dark because because of climate you better know that in india winter are of short duration because we are attracted towards whites because mostly developed countries have white population we have dream to live in developed countries that mostly peoples are whites or another reason is that racial diacrimination with indians are alot in these developed countries

I don't think any of what you just asked is accurate. There are plenty of fair skinned Indians. And, all that I've met have been extremely happy with their heritage and would not want to change it for any other color.

Humans are never satisfy even when they get the things they want. When there is an option asking "this" or "that". if you liked that and your get "that", then you would feel that why you didn;t get "this". that is humans. So when you think of dark, you prefer white. It is that they are not satisfy with the things around them.

not all Indians are dark..im pretty light skinned myself and am an Indian....let me ask u a question y do girls with straight hair want curly and vice versa...its the same theory of human wants...y do light skinned people get tanned even tho its dangerous...low self esteem...not proud of what you have and what you are...not you but in general... :D
