Your question has many, many interpretations------Is it a "Free Bee" Keeping Book, or a "Freebie" Keeping Book, or maybe even a "Free Bee Kee" Ping Book???

However, you might mean a "Free Beekeeping Book", that is to say a book on Beekeeping which is free.

In that case, while I do not know of one, I suggest you do a web search for "Apiculture", the proper term for beekeeping.
