No, I'm not on a diet. I haven't exactly been eating healthy this past month, but isn't losing 1lb per week still a bit drastic? My eating habits aren't that different from before yet I've gone from my normal 96lbs (have been this same weight for YEARS and it's never really fluctuated give or take half a lb or so) down to 92lbs. And both times I was weighed at a doctor's office, so it wasn't the scale.

So is losing 4 lbs in one month considered "sudden weight loss"? I had my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago so I was on soft foods for a while. I also haven't been eating on time and have been skipping meals sometimes. Um yeah, and according to the doctor, I have some digestion problems (had THE most painful case of trapped gas yesterday, which is why I was at the doctor's int he first place). I told him that my weight had dropped a bit and he seemed sort of flippant about it. So should I be worried?

No. Everyone's weight fluctuates and it depends on the person on how much the weight fluctuates. Do not be concerned, because there is nothing wrong. Good luck!

no. 1 pound a week is normal for someone on a diet...so since you aren't...well....that is probably due to your wisdom teeth and not really being able to eat. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just make sure that from here on out you are taking good care of yourself and eating properly.
