I don't think it's a stink bug, but I don't know what it is. When I have bug problems I have found that there is a website that is really useful. You can email a description or picture to their bugman and they can tell you what it is and how to get rid of it.

Lingus bugs. Use Sevin dust to control them on your plants. To get rid of them in your home pour some vinegar in an old jar lid and place it on your counter top.

If they are black with red highlights...they're stink bugs.
