Movies are fine, but I despise TV. It makes my brain hurt. Anyone else?

It is not as though I have not tried..but each time it hurts more than the time before. I do like a good book, though.

I watch Comedy Central, History Channel, History International, A&E, Discovery, Discovery Times and Court TV... and about an hour a day, maybe more if the husband is home and has it on. For nearly 20 years, I didn't even own one; but I married into one and now I'm stuck.

You are probably one of the very few that don't watch it. I wonder how you know you despise it if you don't watch it, though and it seems to be pretty narrow minded to me! And you are missing out on so much. For real!

i didn't have TV last year, do couldn't watch anything, (our last 2 broke... =(
but now, we have one, and if im not sleepning, or on the comp, or outside, 89% of the time, i'll be siting in front of the TV... im making up for last years no-TV.

I hardly don't watch TV
I think i could live with out it
Sometimes i will watch the news
but that is about it.
