Magic Kingdom: The Haunted Mansion
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park: DINOSAUR in 2005 and Expedition Everest in 2006 (wasn't open in '05)
Disney-MGM Studios: Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
EPCOT: Test Track (the "raceway one") and Soarin'
Ah, it's so hard for me to try to limit it to one favorite per park.

I had season passes to Disney World for my family from June 2005 to June 2006. Pretty hard to limit it to one favorite ride per park but since that's what you asked for...

EPCOT - Soarin'
MGM - Rockin' Roller Coaster
Animal Kingdom - Expedition Everest

Magic Kingdom - Space Mountain is the best ride ever!
Animal Kingdom - Only went to the Rainforest Cafe, no rides.
MGM - Tower of Terror, even waiting in line is fun!
Epcot - The raceway is a lot of fun!

MGM: tower of terror
AK: Kalil river Rapids
Epcot: Mission Space
Universal: the Mummy
Islands of Adventure: Hulk
Sea word: Atlantis.
I habe been 9 times in Orlando since 97, and this is going to be my 7th year in a row...
2 California´s Disney and 1 Paris too in that time.
