hi. i was a smoker for the past 4 years, but i quit an year ago, but honestly when i see people smoking between work or even in between classes, i feel jealous coz im not a part of those people anymore, but if thats the only way to socialise then i guess im better off, however i do get a feel of been there and done that, i feel sorry for those people, ohhh yes i do, as far as non smoking breaks are concerned, yes i think we non smokers deserve those little breaks.

Smoker's answer to Smoker's qwestion
My average smoke break is any where from 10 to 15 minutes. At least it was when I was working. Now that I'm in school, they give us 2 breaks, the first is 10 min and the second is 15. So all in all, it's the same.
And if I might be so impertinent as to answer then non smokers qwestion....I do think you should get non smoke breaks, too!

I am a slow smoker and I usually take 10 min but my entire office smokes and we all go out at random times in the day taking smoke breaks. sometimes we are out there for 3 min and other times it's more like 10. I think everyone should have the same amount of breaks.

I am a smoker but not for long so I am going to answer both questions. I have often said that non smokers should take a non smoke break, I call them a fresh air break!! My average smoke break is about 3 minutes not long enought o smoke a whole cig but I cant stay out there for long with the boss watching me!!

yes of course that is unfair smokers should not even have a break it is just ruining there health when they smoke....does these bosses of these clients that smoke want them to ruin there health??? non smokers should get the same amount of break time

I work at home, but a smoke usually takes about five minutes. A cigar, on the other hand, can take an hour or so. I do think non-smokers should get equal breaks, though.

I think it would be quite nice to get frequent "non-smoking" breaks like smokers do. I know a lot of my friends in the Navy started smoking so they could take breaks more often.

Smoker here, my smoke break lasts about 5 minutes. It gives me time to think about how many people I wanna kill at that given moment.

yes non-smokers should get a break and it should be 3-5 minutes
