Why are they performing so bad?

If the players are not performing to their potential how can the Coach or the Captain should be blamed. According to me the entire blame should go to the players who are performing poorly.

Blame on chappel because he himself has opted for those so called young and inform players and by neglecting expereinced players. Now Indian cricket he is paying the price for his wrong doings.

Partly yes because he seems to dominate the decision making and comes across as the most powerful man in indian cricket rite now.I mean if he could remove ganguly then h must be powerful

No I don't,It's the teams fault,even if Greg is a bad coach,nothing excuses their resent performances.!
