I seperated it, gave it good soil, keep it moist, yet the leaves, new and old start to wither and turn brown at the tips, then the whole leaf dies. How can I save it?

Lift the pot. Light = dry, aerate (poke holes in the dirt) and water. Heavy = wet. Allow to dry out some, empty drip pan (excess water will cause root rot.

Give it a shot of Root Stimulator (Fertilome makes a stim I have used successfully.) Cut off any damaged leaves, give it a chance -- bet you'll see new growth within a week.

Make sukre that it has access to sun.. Also.. DO N OT overwater it.. overwatering it will create a problem for the roots. When you give it water, try to get the natural water and it would be good to add a little fertilizer from time to time.
