I am getting pop windows from IE and Foxfire. They just keep poping up and I am even using Pop up Stopper Free. I have run Spybot, Adware, and a few others. I have run Norton and they still keep coming up. Any help would be great. Thanks!

These pop-ups are happening when no brower is on, IE or Foxfire. I have used the pop blocker on IE 7 and it still has no effect. I use the Spybot, and Adware to look for, well adware and highjacks that keep webpage ads poping up. Is there a program that will block all of these out?

Norton, SpyBot, Ad-Aware, etc., won't stop popups. I use Google's toolbar and popup blocker. It has been the most effective for me.

google toolbar is great and unobtrusive.

You may also want to edit your hosts file. This will completely block most ads from even appearing on your computer:

Yahoo's is simple to download (comes with the toolbar) and quite effective.

If you have IE 7, go to Tools, Pop-Up Blocker. Turn it on.

Googles toolbar works great and is free.

You can get it at the Google Tools page

For Firefox -> http://www.google.com/tools/firefox/toolbar/index.html?utm_source=en-et-more&utm_medium=et&utm_campaign=en
For IE -> http://toolbar.google.com/T4/?rd=f

Good luck bro.
