Tom quit the band in Feburary 2005. He changed his number so Mark and Travis don't even know it anymore. It wasn't a good split. They're done.
Tom formed "Angels And Airwaves" and Mark and Travis formed "+44".

Blink 182 is no more. Travis and the bass player are in a band called plus 44 and Angels and Airwaves is the other guy's band. They're not getting back together.

My understanding is they disbanded like a year ago March, though it was a surprise to me as well. I heard that the new band "Plus 44" is made up of some it not the entire trio.

Most of those bands get disbanded sooner or later.
