I heard that too. The working titles are "Smurf Wars", "Gargamel Strikes Back", and "Return of the Smurf".
Actually, if they're true to formula, the titles will be "The Smurf Movie", "Smurf Movie II", and "Smurf Movie III: (some blandly momentous subtitle)"
