Well thats not much of a question to give a logical answer but this looks like fun.
Since you said '1' I would have to go with my fave bishie Hyuuga Neji from Naruto.
His fangirls are extremly obsessive, which I hate alot, but Im not like that. Hes a pretty boy just like that 'teme' Sas!uke. Alot of deviantartists and some from Japan are really good at drawing him Hot or otherwise Kawaii.
Neji I would want to go out with but he should date someone from Naruto. Im not exactly hopeless enough to say 'Neji is mine, back off you little disgusting *****' That is ubber obsessed and stupid.
If he don't have to dat someone in his family, than he should go with Tenten.
If its a forced marriage in the Hyuuga clan, Than a possibility, Hinata Hyuuga.
Or in my wildest fantasies, Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto.
