Sex with a woman.
An RPG video game if sex isn't an option.
A Star Wars novel or Harry Potter book if I can't play an RPG video game.
A baby or little kid if no one else is taking care of them. They take priority over the other three. Might be able to read a book or play an RPG game (Final Fantasy 9) with them if they're around 4 or so and able to understand, but the focus is mainly on them.

Whatever task is at hand.I'm good at focusing. I'm a hairdresser so I have to be.Otherwise there's a great big mess.LOL.Have you ever had a hairstylist not pay full attention? It's not pretty.LOL.

Nothing really. I seem to suffer from an attention deficit disorder. I can put it aside though, when friends really need me.

Colts games, sex, and homework. But with the homework I have to be at home with no TV on and no radio or noise at all.
