And the customer said something about his work, does the worker have a right to say a racial slur to them cause he got mad? When the customer was making fun of there work, not there race, but the worker said something offensive about his race, something you can't change.

Is it JUST and FAIR for the worker to make racial slurs at them?

no, it is not right. it is never right for someone to make a racial slur to anyone for any reason

No. The "job" is the only thing in question here, it shouldn't be a racial issue.
