First of all the question need to be rephrased. Do you mean if the person will get hypothermia and die? There is a difference between hypothermia and freezing to death. In order to freeze to death, the air temperature has to be at least -4°C (25°F) or lower. There is enough salt in the human body's fluids to keep the fluids from freezing above this temperature, even in a dead body.

Now whether you can get hypothermia or not is another point. It can happen but it depends on your build, age, sex, metabolism, wind, etc. Most likely yes, but if you spent the whole night exercising and you are a fit person, then definitely no.

i don't think so. Temps have to be colder than that for a person to freeze to death. I have been outside for an hour with no shirt on in 30 degree temps and it is not cold enough to freeze. It takes colder for a person to freeze than for water to freeze. 30 degrees is not that cold. I think it all has to depend on someone's age or health. I think if an 80 year old woman did that, she would probably die. But younger people have more and thicker blood and it takes very cold weather for a young person to freeze to death.

Would most likely go into hypothermia but would probably not die if found and treated soon enough next morning.
