Okay well period was due yesterday. Nothing yet. Barely even any cramps. I know it can still come though at any time. I was wondering by what day should I test if the AF don't show? and what all kinds of signs should I maybe look for or be suspiscious of? Thanks everyone!!

Signs to look for: tenderness in the breasts, morning sickness, tired. You could test at anytime, some tests are so sensitive you can test up to 5 days before you expect your period.

You should test now. Most at home pregnancy tests will detect pregnancy accurately the day your period is due in fact First Response can detect as early as 5 days before your period is due. There are many signs of pregnancy you could look for: nausea, back aches, cramping, spotting or implantation bleeding, no period, headaches, dizziness, sore/tender breasts and or nipples, morning sickness, decreased or increased appetite, etc. Good luck!

you can test now if you want but you should wait a least a week because sometimes cycles change and your period could be off by a day or 2. Just be patient.

You could try today but I'd wait another couple of days just to make sure that this wasn't just a long cycle.
