It depends on the guy and how he truly feels about the woman. I think kissing brings emotions - - a guy who kisses you really adores you. It's an emotional connection (when feelings are invloved) although most guys do tend to be more physical.
Most women catch feelings or emotions for a guy more quickly than men - - so of course kissing is a connection we want to make. Men usually start with the physical and develop feelings later on meaning that their main focus is probably on just sticking you.
Depending on the type of woman he's dating he may initiate kissing with the intent of becoming more physical. But basic kissing without implied sex is not a norm for many guys.
But the good thing is any guy can be trained to become a kisser! Simply make kissing a part of the norm ex. kiss him when you 1st arrive, kiss him when you leave, kiss him after conversations or arguments, etc. This way he has learned to be an affectionate kisser without being physical...

really it varies because some women don't like to kiss and some men LOVE to kiss. My best advice is to forget that we are all men and woman and remember we are all people. Where do you find the "kissers"? there is no real way to answer that. When you meet a man and you are open enough with each other to go there...simply ask him his opinion on kissing.

My fiance likes to kiss more than I do...it kinda gets annoying...he will kiss me in whatever situation.
