If you're looking for single cards to complete your collection, the best place is probably ebay, since places that sell cards online, will only sell 8 pack or 24 pack. You could also look around your local area, like a trading card shop or whatever.

there should be web address on the rapper in which the cards come in. Merlin seem to be a big maker of this sort of thing. They produced the world cup sticker book and others this year.
