I wouldn't of thought you will get pregnant as if you don't have a period then you won't ovulate.
You need to go to your doctor and tell him you don't have periods and he will give you a drug called Medroxyprogesterone Acetate (Provera) this will make you have a period and on the first day of your period he will give you another drug called Clomid to take this hould help you to start ovulating.
Be patient thought as i have this problem where i didn't have periods for 7 years and i had these drugs and the clomid didn't work for me so im having to try a different drug now though.
Don't worry though as clomid has been successful for many women and not so successful for others.
Be patient and you will get there and don't ever give up. I have been trying to get pregnant for 5 years now and i will never give up.

Yes it is possible but highly unlikely. If you are trying to conceive and can't and have went this long without a period you may want to talk to your og/gyn about having a D&C. It sounds weird but it helped me. I went 4 years without having one and when I did it was about twice a year and lasted 3 days. This helped me....I now have 3 kids. We waited 8 years for the first, and then they just kept coming. Hope this helps. If nothing else maybe between you guys and your Doctor you can come up with something else if this is not to your liking.

If you haven't had a period and had been having unprotected sex for 7 years with no pregnancy - I'd say your chances were really slim. Have you ever seen a doctor for the cause of the lack of period?

I am guessing that you probably will not conceive. If you are wanting to, you should talk to your doctor (unless you are in menopause). I would probably find out why you haven't had a period in 7 years anyway.

Have you seen a doctor about this? As long as you ovulate you can. They also have a drug that will start your period for you so you can ovulate. Get some ovulation kits from www.babyhopes.com and see if your ovulating. Have you been trying for 7 yrs? If so you doc will help you get on track with your period and maybe clomid.

it is highly unlikely. the fact that you haven't had a period most likely means your body is not ovulating, whihc needs to happen to get pregnant... if yu have lsot a lot of weight, or have a very low body wiehgt, try gaining a littel bit of weight to bring back your period. your body will stop ovulating if you don't have enough fat (baby needs cushioning!!) or if you are ill or under weight. try talking to your OB/GYN about why you haven't had a preiod in 7 yrs; it could be something serious.
