I know the average life expectancy is about 79 years. But that is an average from birth. For a man age 80, obviously the average is higher. I am trying to plan an annuity for my dad, I would guess an average for an 80 year old man is about 7 years?

Life Expectancy

Age to which an average person can be expected to live, as calculated by an Actuary. Insurance companies base their projections of benefit payouts on actuarial studies of such factors as sex, heredity, and health habits and base their rates on actuarial analysis. Life expectancy can be calculated at birth or at some other age and generally varies according to age. Thus, all persons at birth might have an average life expectancy of 80 years and all persons aged 40 years might have an average life expectancy of 85 years.

Life expectancy projections determine such matters as the ages when an Individual Retirement Account may start and finish withdrawing funds. Annuities payable for lifetimes are usually based on separate male or female tables, except that a Qualified Plan or Trust must use unisex tables.

thats complicated as in case you recommend for real getting a woman pregnant being exterior the mans physique (like having it frozen or something) it would desire to stay for a whilst as long as its accomplished straight away. in case you recommend now no longer doing it at a scientific employer for insemination and .... sturdy like in the mattress room, then possibilities are it may no longer stay long sufficient to impregnate. you will desire to ejaculate even on a womans thigh and now no longer get her pregnant as air virtually at contemporary kills sperm. Its the classic technological understand-how test (lol, truthfully had a technological understand-how coach say this) that if a guy ejaculates on a table (do no longer even desire to appreciate ho have been given right here up with that one) which you would be able to realize it possibilities shade and virtually disipates into skinny air. the item tat protects the sperm and makes it physically powerful is the womans vagina and the warmth and loss of oxogen. if i remember thats the way it is going.

There is no way to really determine that. It depends on his medication history and any conditions he has now. He could live to be 104 or he could die tomorrow. Just like any of us.
