This site includes an up-to-date list of all the original Xbox games that are currently playable on the 360: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/backwardcompatibilitygameslist.htm

Hope that helps!

No. Microsoft has been slowly releasing software updates to improve compatibility with older games. They have a compatibility list at Microsoft's Xbox web site. But, I can almost guarantee that you will never see 100% Xbox games work on the Xbox 360. Different technology and architecture....that is what Microsoft says. But, Sony says that their PS3 will work with all PS1 and PS2 games without any software updates. Either Sony is smart or they are full of it like Microsoft.
