u can try sending it back to apple to be fixed

Can you be a little more specific? Occasionally, my iPod will freeze and appear to be broken. However, all it needs is to be reset. If your iPod isn't working, try toggling the hold switch on and off, then hold down the menu and select buttons for about ten seconds. It should then reboot. If it doesn't, there's something mechanically wrong with it.

Open it up and find why it not work. Or, tell here more what it doing and someone may be able to help. Is it turning on? Lights not working? Naked girl on the screen?
